What do you eat on a typical day? Do you ever get sick of salad? You just eat meat, fruit and veggies? Is that satisfying? I want to eat like this, I've tried, and it was extremely difficult for me. Not to mention it was more expesive. On a typical day, like today for example, I can eat toast with a vegan buttery spread and strawberries, then later a spinach salad with some raviolis. That would do me just fine. But with a "no grain" diet. I'm always hungry, and meat is expensive, the good meat like fish, and non-processed chicken breast. Anyway, what are some good things you guys eat? Breakfeast lunch and dinner?
