For any of you that take a packed lunch to work or something, what do you like to put in it? I dont tolerate bread too well, so am open to suggestions. I tried rye crisp bread, Sea Salt , oil and salad for while but that got a bit boring. Another thing i tried was whilst on the Lemonade Diet , was...obviously the lemonade and maple syrup drink that i would mix up in the morning. If you eat with colleagues though, this was a bit tricky as they wondered why you werent eating, and knew they wouldnt understand why i was on a fast.
Any suggestions for packed lunches?
