Hi there.To start with,that was written in Hebrew and the word was murder.There is a huge differance between murder and killing to protect yourselfe and family and property.And u'r next question.Adam and Ev were to REplenish the earth.It is hard to find but there was life here before Adam and Ev and it was Wicked and God destroyed it with the ice age,the dinos among that era.God tells us in our bible what we need to know to live in the world now.It can seem confusing,I know it can.Get a good concordance and Hebrew and Greek lexicon and you can take the words back to their origioal meaning and you'll see the differeance between the translations.I think that will explain it all to you.It does require a lot of study and I know longer have mine and no money to buy them right now and have to draw on memory what I can.But your questions are valid and not hard to answer if you'll just do this and study.I just don't have the resourses now to really fill u in.Just don't fret yourself that it doesn't all fall into a certain pattern that our finite minds can't understand{bad spelling a lot,I'm tired}.I know it does seem to contradict,but it really doesn't.One must go back to the Hebrew and Aramaic and Greek.Love,Dot.
