Dot...if you can, watch ebay.com or half.com for the book(under the search What Would Jesus Eat?) for listings and check the completed auctions to see what they've been going for(some have the book and cookbook in one auction). You can also look on alibris.com or abebooks.com though I didn't see any when checking a few minutes ago. Check amazon at the link I'm giving as they have some at reduced prices. I've gotten many books discounted thru these avenues and never been disappointed...some have been listed as having shelf wear and have arrived better than I've seen in stores. Hope this helps!
