I make my own tinctures from various herbs, and also make my own Superfood by dehydrating various foods and herbs. I make Supertonic from cayenne, ginger, garlic, onion, horseradish and parsley, and I'm always trying to get it hotter. Today I found a wonderful site for the hottest peppers available:
Make your own tinctures, it's easy! For Supertonic I run the ingredients through my champion juicer and add apple cider vinegar to the mix...equal parts of the ingredients and then let it sit for 2-4 weeks before straining. You can do it by just putting everything in the blender if you don't have a juicer capable of handling horseradish roots. Use Supertonic in your salad dressings, hot sauces, salsa, and anything else that peppers go into.
