Zantac turns off stomach acid production. Trust me...you don't wanna do this. This opens you up to a raft of other problems.

First off, what is your current diet like. Do you eat meat? Do you eat potatos and gravey, etc. Do you consume coffee or pop?

Diet is the first thing to look at in this situation. A proper diet along with proper food combining will go a long way in dealing with your problem. Once that is sorted out then you can look further down the line. Tweet
