Hi Tracey, thank you for all the information! do you have to make these yourself, or can you buy them already blended ? I've seen them in the health food store, and they are catagorized by whatever ails you - so hopefully, they already come pre-made. why do you mix them yourself? is that better? I had taken rescue remedy a few years ago, it was O.K. - but my son REALLY gets nuts with fear! I'm wondering if it could also be a blood chemical problem. thank you again!
