thankyou ever so much, i feel like this forum wil truly help me. I am from the uk. where can I buy these things you talk about, sorry for sounding dumb but my brain fog is terrible!! also could you please recommend to me a suitable Bowel Cleanse for i started The Master Cleanse a few weeks ago and came up in a horrible fungus infection on my face, guessing the maple sparked off the candida. your help is very much appreciated! Also would I benefit from a raw food diet, I know this sounds stupid but i really need someone to guide me through this step by step, i have no confidence in my own judgements atm.
