Hydrogen Peroxide for colds?

Hi - First let me thank the two people who answered my msg. about "continual colds", this is very interesting! I have never heard of being able to actually ingest hydrogen peroxide! I thought that was poisonous! Now, like they said in the msg., you do have to dilute it, and you can only take 35%(what does that mean?) and what does "food grade" mean? I only know of the hydrogen peroxide that you buy in the medicine section of the supermarket, that you use EXTERNALLY - I don't know of any other type. Where do you get that, - the health food store? Can this be taken by ANYONE? I am 45yrs. old, my child is 16yrs. old, - can we both take this? (also, my heart tends to skip beats, - so, would this still be o.k.?). How much water do you dilute this in? Do you have any side effects, or "sick" feelings with this? If anyone else has tried this, can you please write back! thank you very much!
