Ok Michael, this is very simple ((DR. Shultz)) he is the GOD OF HEALTH ... NO BULL SH$@ ..... VEGS AND FRUITS EVERY DAMM DAY >> NUTS AND GRAINS > WHAT KIND,, ALMONDS THEN BRAZIL NUTS, SHOCK the body with all live foods,,, nothing cooked, pure fresh water, till you are sh$#,ing water, flush the body, when taking a shower let the water run over your head and down your body, with hot first and then cold, I mean hot and I do mean cold, and last keep the mind positive stay away from negative environment, this step is very important, keep out the mainstream and search for alternative, Find a group that are vegetarians and get plenty of exercise out doors not on a dam tread mill in their house your feet have to touch the natural grass and dirt to connect to the earths energy, THE IS HARDCORE BOOTCAMP STUFF I am no doctor but I am very crazy on finding the truth on health in this world !!!
