Help Bob! Once again...PLEASE HELP!!!

Thank you very much for your answer, but I do feel strongly that this is related to the high amount of gas I am having. Today it only got worse when I started to have a lot of gas (after eating or call it drinking the broth) . Like I mentioned before I did not feel this bad in a long time, really long time, only after The Master Cleanse and now in the 5 day Shulze's cleanse that I am feeling at my absolut worst. (I'm at the 3rd day)
Something feels wrong, and I feel kind of food (really little bits) of the juices and broth I am taking. Feels like I am having no digestion at all. Please comment, is this at all normal? Aren't I supposedly fight what cause gases? Trully, I haven't been this bad it years.
