Help Bob!!! My Sinus is worse!

recently completed a 12 day MC. I used Bentonite and felt it was great. On day of breaking the fast, I started to get a sinus congestion a bad one (I had problems before, during last month but not enough to give me a sinus headache). I on the next days I had a lot of gas and sinus congestion. Since it felt so wrong I went on to do the 5 day detox program by Dr. Shulze after 5 days of finishing the MC. I am on the 2nd day of the detox/cleanse and I am still badly congested, my left ear hurts, I have a lot gas and basically I am lost here, I did not feel this bad before the cleanse and also food bits (from the juices) feel to be stuck at the back of my throat (at least that's the sensation)...
Please tell me if this is normal?¿ or has someone had a similar experience?
