Re: This is my first time to flush

I have had coffee on the day of and day after the flush almost every time I've done it. I have done five successful flushes. Actually, now that I think about it, I don't always feel like coffee the day after. The e.s. sort of kill the appetite for awhile. (mine anyway) Tweet
