Re: 19th Flush

As I have mentioned before, I suffer from congested heart failure.
And I have been constipated for the last 30 years. After a flush my bowel movements seem to improve and then gradually get worse. I have got out about 2400 stones so far, and I thought that I was soon coming to the end of them, but I guess not as I got out 70 this time. My blood pressure has improved to the point that I have been able to stop my blood pressure meds.At the age of 72 I wood say that any improvment is a plus.
