Re: New to drinking tea...

I drink tea for a few reasons.

1. I like the taste. You have to find the right tea. You can find some good teas and good tea makers at Teavana. Teavana stores are found in shopping malls primarily around the S.E. part of the US. I found a good source for good tasting tea here in Miami at Dadeland Mall.

2. Certain teas are healthier than many other fast choices such as colas.

3. White tea has a high amount of antioxidants.

4. Various types of teas stimulate my mind and help me focus.

5. They are not expensive if you find the right source. I refill polycarbonate bottles with water and then make my tea with it. I refill them for 30 cents a gallon.

The only downfall of tea is that it has fluoride. I don't know the floride content of the teas that I drink but I this is why I limit my intake. If anyone can enlighten me about the fluoride content of various teas I would appreciate it. Tweet
