Re: What is the best thing for chronically swollen Lymph nodes?

Hi,

Infections usually manifest themselves by raised Lymph Nodes
and can take a long time to reduce.

Firstly, the virus must be elimated. Speaking from personal experience - Ozone sauna's are very effective and very safe.
_it also helps move lymph. Only side effects are a rash - which can be treated

Regarding the nodes,

you could look at Bob Becks Magnetic pulser- which is great at getting the virus out of the nodes. I have even used it to treat toothache, twisted ankles- its great.

Rebounding- is supposed to get the lymph moving.- do at least twice a day

Skin Brushing- should also help. Brush toward the heart.- Use after exercise & shower.

You could also get a deep lymph massage

Finally , put a cold cloth over the lymph nodes - three times a day.

good luck
