If you are familiar with Dr Hulda Clark , in her book she suggests using the liter size of Everclear as this is pure grain alcohol. Anything smaller has Rubbing Alcohol in it which is really not healthy for you, which you can read about in her books.
80 proof or higher is recommended.
Some people will slightly warm the tincture after it is made in a microwave for a few secons , dilluted in some water (your dosage), so that some of the alcohol will evaporate.
I make an extra strength Black-Walnut Hull Tincture in three days this way, and then add a small amount of Vit C Crystals as a preservative. It is fantastic.
