More questions detox, herbs

first my face is all broke out, not pimples more like contact dermatitis. I usually get it when I've been in contact with benzoyl peroxide, I have not been. Could this be old crap comming out of my pores? I've been fasting and raw for the most part. I occassionally eat some things with my husband and son. I just realized I have little bumps all over...hhhmmm Better get on the Liver Flush soon.
Is there some trick to keeping the oil from habeneros off everywhere? eyes, mouth. It's not bad but I would prefer it not in my eyes, even after I wash I seem to get it in inconvenient places.
Is there some trick to crushing things like baryberry root and cascara? I pound, cut and crushed to the best of my ability and still had large pieces.
I'm preparing for the colon cleanse, have actually started the formula #1. I know now why a friend just orders it from Schulze.....Any adive would be appreciated. If there's something I'm not doing please let me know........Carla Tweet
