Re: Liver Flush

i was just wondering what Liver Flush you did? lately i've been having severe Acne on my back and and from time to time on my face. (i've had a problem with Acne for the last 5 or so years-been on acutane and various other prescribed products that only work for a time and have side effects that out weigh the benefits) i was considering a Bowel Cleanse in conjunction with a parasite cleanse then a liver cleanse. a lot of the info i've been reading is saying to do a Bowel Cleanse first for any other cleanse to be effective. i just wanted to know if you tried a Bowel Cleanse or if the Liver Flush by itself was just as effective for you?
