Re: HELP!!!Red cheeks
One of the easiest things you can do for this is simply drinking more water. You need at least half of your weight in
ounces daily. If you are 120 that would be 60
ounces of pure clean water. 32oz is a
quart so nearly a half a gallon. If you drink an 8
oz pop, tea, coffee, ect add another 8
ounces on top of your daily requirement, the same goes if it was a 20
oz pop ect.
Another very simple thing you can do is a colon cleanse. I like Dr. Schultz's the best, but hear rave reviews about the
Oxypowder too--but have never tried it personally thus far. What I have seen the most results from however is simply doing a liver cleanse. A liver cleanse must always be preceeded by a
Colon Cleanse so that you do not reabsorb any toxins you are expelling. Again I like Dr Schultz's liver cleanse better than the Hulda or OOO flushes and have seen better results with them. The combo of a
Colon Cleanse and then followed by a liver cleanse I have never seen it where it did not immediately clear my facial skin from muddled redness to Crystal C.--where in fact I needed to apply blush! :) Hope this is helpful for you, Caitlin Lorraine
