I am going to start skin brushing after reading these posts. I have a couple of questions. First, I have a natural bristle brush that I got at a health food store which I use in the shower. It has a long enough handle to get my entire body. Is this ok or do I need a softer one? Also, can I skin brush right after I exersize? I would be a little bit sweaty so my skin wouldn't be totally dry. But it would be perfect then as I take a shower right after anyways. I could just add this step. Is this Ok?
