New to brushing - have lots of questions
-I was wondering where exactly I should schedule the skin brushing. Currently I eat breakfast first thing and then exercise about an hour later. I guess I could do the brushing and contrast shower after breakfast, but it seems odd to shower before exercise. Also, if I put on some kind of lotion after the shower I don't think it would be good to exercise right after. Would it be a good idea to do the skin brushing after exercise?
-What kind of soap should I use in the shower?
-What would be the best cream, lotion, or oil to use after the shower? I have dry skin and some eczema on my hands so I would want something that moisturizes. I'm in the process of losing a substantial amount of weight so I really want something that keeps the skin firm and flexible and fades stretch marks.
-Similar question: should I use the same lotion at night before going to bed, or do you have a different recommendation?
-Is it ok to use facial cleansers like Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, etc?
-Any tips for reducing cellulite?
-Do I have to buy separate brushes for skin, face, and feet?
