Which is better to flush on: New Moon or Full Moon?

Hi fellow flushers!

Which is better to flush on: New Moon or Full Moon?

I've read people doing either one of these and claiming it was better. I am confused. This isn't in the FAQ's and I think it should be.

Does it even matter?

I've flushed many times on the New moon with moderate success. But I think I also had success with the full moon. I've heard that parasites are more active on the full moon. Does it mean that's the time to get them out? Or does it mean they are more stubborn to let go on that day?
