Wow! First coffee enema - On a high

Hiya Folks

I thought I'd let you know that I have just completed my first coffee enema and WOW I feel as though Im flying high. My head feels strangley clearer. I feel as though I have drunk about 10 cups of coffee!

Now Im not sure whether I should be feeling like this. Maybe I need to lower my dose (4 tbs in 2 pints - quarts of filtered water).

For someone who hasn't felt energetic in many years (16) I feel as though I have so much now I dont know what to do with myself. Im not even washed or dressed.

I started this enema late in the morning so I am only eating breakfast now. Its 1.15p.m. UK time. I had a few teething problems whereby the coffee would not flow out. I realised that I was meant to strain the coffee before inserting it. During my first attempt I managed to hold onto and expell about a quarter of a pint of coffee (or less) for about 15 - 20 mins. On my second attempt I manged to insert a pint of coffee which this time I only held onto for 3 minutes but on releasing I found that I not only let out the coffee I also let out about 5 pip shaped parasites. I couldnt see anymore as the UK toilet bowels are a lot deeper than your US. I also did a parasite cleanse on Monday so I may of expelled a lot more parasites and am none the wiser.

This definatley was a good Bowel Cleanse and I will be taking them regular as directed over the next two weeks. I will also be doing my 3rd Liver Flush on Tuesday.

Its funny that someone like myself after 16 years of constipation, foggy head, excess sweating, mentally and physically lethargic, bad bodily odour, depressed, anxious, forgetfull to name but a few, can feel so great after a simple procedure which doesn't involve a day under a surgeons knife.

I do hope this is the beginning of happy affair with the new and healthier me.
