Rash?

I have been on the MD for about three weeks. I caved in yesterday and ate ice cream right before bed and forgot to take my primal defense. I woke up this morning covered in a rash from head to foot. Has anyone heard of this happening in connection to the MD before? I don't know if it is connected or not...but this has never happened before and I am seriously freaked out! I am waiting to hear from my doctor, but she knows so little about the MD that I thought I would ask people who have been on it. Thanks. Tweet
