Raw milk


This is more of a Nourishing Traditions question, but I am having trouble finding the answer. Does anyone know if it is OK to make your own butter out of nonhomogonized cream, if raw is not available? I have been able to buy raw cheese where I live--as recommended in the Maker's Diet--but not raw milk or cream, only nonhomogonized.
