My husband and I just picked up a copy of the Maker's Diet. WE are OFFICIALLY going to start in on July 5th, but we are already incorporating new food and slow changes in our diet, so it wont be such a hard transition next Tuesday. I am hoping to lose about 12 pounds. (crossing fingers.) I also want to get healthy and have more energy. The only thing I am going to have a hard time with is not having sweets everyday. I am going to miss my Chocolate Chip Cookies, however, I am tired of trying to lose the same 12 pounds for the last couple of years. I just want to do it and get it over with. I think this diet is going to be great. I love the story behind it.
