Re: starting MD while nursing a baby?

I think perhaps my wife might be able to assist you with this question she's had four children of her own and quite familiar with what effects diets have on nursing mothers. She can be reached out our new forum called The Maker's Forum at http://www.makersforum.com . There are still a few things to be updated but the forum is officially up and runninig. I encourage you to come out, register and post your question there.

First and foremost I think you should problaby ellicit advise from your doctor first.

I think you would probably be ok with the step III guidelines for nutrition until your baby is weened. My concerns would be getting enough nutrients and having enough calories. I believe my wife's doctors told her that breast feeding burns a lot of calories so the concern making sure your feeding yourself enough.

God friendly nutrition can only make your babies experience better.

My .02 cents.

Please feel free to contact me concerning any questions that you have on the Maker's Forum.
