I'm reading The Maker's Diet and would like to give it a try, but I'm not sure since I'm currently nursing a baby. Does anyone have any insights? I think it would only be helpful since my eating healthier should only be good for milk production and for the health of my son.
But, will he feel the effects from the die-off too? Is there a way to lessen the effects? Gradual diet alteration? I've read in other threads about headaches, nausea, fatigue, etc., and I'm wondering how we can get through it or if I'd be better off waiting until he's weaned.
