I don't remember hearing of ANY cases of disease from raw milk raised legally, certified, etc. The only cases I know of are where people are trying to obtain it where it is not legal. I admit I do not research the matter vigorously, and there probably has been a case or two, but none that made the national press.
I heard somewhere that even Louis Pasteur, before he died, realized it was not a good idea to pasteurize food. Goodness, if a Frenchman discovered this and the French don't even do it, why did it catch on here?
