I have assisted at laparoscopic cholecystectomy so I have seen plenty of gallstones. Unfortunately the screen on my computer is not clearly showing the colours (it is due to be repaired so I cannot comment at the present time on your pictures). The way to answer the question is to analyse the green blobs - that would be definitive. Answers based on theoretical considerations always defer to an empirical determination of the facts.
