i cannot believe how wonderful i feel...!!!

i will do my 8th flush this week-end and i am absolutely amazed at how healthy i feel... i think my Arthritis is gone too... i had a ruptured disc which was surgically removed in 1980... ever since then i have had a constant companion of chronic pain... but today even with all the rainy wet weather we've been have here... i have had absolutely no pain at all... absolutely unbelievable... it is so unreal... for the first time since surgery i am totally pain free... usually everytime it rains i hurt the most... this is soooo coool...

Psoriasis is gone... (well almost... still have two little spots on the top of my head... but i'm not through working on it...
cholesterol gone...
thyroid problem... gone...
hemorrhoid... gone...
and i think my Arthritis is gone too...

can't remember when i've felt so terrific... but i've been doing other things to help also... like diet... i've cut out meats... dairy products... refined food substances... and that seems to have helped a lot also... doing cayenne to improve circulation... i think perhaps it's the combination of things that is working... but certainly intend to keep doing what i've been doing and i can't help but believe i continue to keep getting better... only it seems hard to believe i could ever feel any better than i do right now...

it's a wonderful day in the neighborhood boys and girls...
