WHERE DO I GO!??? Throat Problems

Where do I post a serious msg to someone that may be able to tell me what is going on in my throat, I have what feels like a squishy ball on the right side of my throat I feel it constantly,I am a smoker and when I smoke I seem to feel it more than when I do not. If anyone can point me in the right direction to just get a hint of what might be wrong w/out telling me I need to see an ENT would be peachy. Thanks :) Kaci Tweet
