I wont get into taxes, since I pay over 8000.00 a year, and thats not including everything I buy at 6% of the dollar.

Taxes are part of a program that can be used for a greater good and you know that.

You'll have to study what actually a Jizya tax is, in Islamic framework, not from sources unIslamic, I wont waste my time with you there.
