Re: Hell as a sanctification process? More like a purification -

We beleive its a purification. As when someone is sick, terribly ill, the sickness is actually a blessing for a patient believer in God, and we're told rewards are being added to the persons scale and bad deeds are being erased, so much so that if even a prick of a thorn will have an effect. Depression, sadness, stress, everything has its reward.
But this is not to say Hell is fun- descriptions of Hell are so severe it is said the Angel guarding it has never smiled since he was shown it.
This may sound bad, but we are not in control, who are we to judge this universe when it was created without our knowledge, let alone our opinion ( we are just dust in the wind ).
I can't imagine when my soul leaves my body and Im faced with my bad deeds, face to face with the ONE who created me- I never want to die!
You are right about those sins, everyone commits them daily, without really knowing, we live in such a VAIN world- society, taking everything before us for granted. Forgive us God!!!! Tweet
