When you say uneasy

..do you mean fearful? This pattern is often set in motion from an early age especially when brought up in a cult-like environment. Indoctrination uses the fear of eternal damnation in some sects of religion and this is a powerful force on the psyche.

What I am saying is, determining where this fear is comming from can be very empowering on the road to getting your emotional/spiritual freedom back.
