Re: Can you explain this to me please?
Hi Zule,
As always, you ask great questions:
>>Again, I am confused abut faith and works. I keep going back to this passage.
Why Jesus said is not enough to call him Lord Lord.
What is it that we need to do?<<
Joe Mizzi addressed your dilemma in the following links:

Also here is a nice sermon on Matthew 7:21-23:

And Martyn Lloyd Jones on SAVING Faith:

Matthew 7-21-23 is extremely important for all of us. We must beware of the MANY false prophets and false teachers that appear to be Christians, yet when you analyze their teachings against the Bible you can see that they are really dangerous WOLVES in sheep's clothing.
Finally, next week on Monday and Tuesday (6-27 & 6-28), RC Sproul is teaching on the doctrine of Sola Fide or Faith Alone--don't miss these messages Zule, you will really understand this essential doctrine as you study these materials.

Martin Luther said the Church will stand or fall on the doctrine of Justification by Faith Alone--so please take some time to prayerfully study this out with your Bible. We all must get this doctrine right--it's the foundation of the Gospel.
