Our ministry is taking us to the aid of those that have lost everything, and then some. This is when most can see and hear Jesus and God, as they are now listening and looking for answers. Just being on the road, and pastoring to the folks in the RV parks, we will encounter untold numbers of persons with all the gifts that anyone else would consider a miracle. I wonder how many have thanked God for the wealth, health, and time to enjoy it. Most though will be a little taken aback to think this way.
Working with those who have lost everything, and helping them get their physical, emotional and spiritual lives back in order is a huge task taking time, strength, preseverance and love. This is why we need to be with them, living there, and going through the process with them, just as Jesus did with us. The understanding He gave God about life on this earth that people live was worth more than all the gifts He could bring us while here on Earth.
He come when we are weak, so that we may be strong.
We all need to be the channels of His peace-think about those in need of a miracle, how many of them are at peace? How much peace do you bring when you are that channel? If not us, others will go, but it will not be the same. His plan, as we have been shown, is for us to go, and serve. All we can do is follow the Master's plan.
