The American Bible Society will recieve gifts of real estate. They are receive gifts of cash, but they might also have a way of accepting the real estate as a monetary asset. They offer charitable gift annuities which offer an annual income to the recipient for the rest of their lives, and when they die, the remaining balance goes to the society to help fund the distribution of the bible to the underserved portions of humanity. I don't know for sure that they would do that with your property, but you shouldn't just abandon the property you have. Go to their website to find out who you can talk to in your area. If not, donate it to a mission for the tax write-off.
