And I feel great. I opted against the O.J. routine due to everyones reply of not feeling well. I started with the broth and had a few bl. berries(like 4). That was the first day today I started with one glass of fresh squeezed O.J. then went onto soup and some raisens.
So far I feel fantastic! My stomach lets me know when I've had enough and its not very much but thats ok.
My advice is go slow, when drinking the oj or soup only have about a quarter of a cup(thats all I can seem to get down at first)then about half an hour later I'll have another quarter cup and thats all for a couple hours or so. Keep adding different natural things in VERY small portions.
