Re: How to become less acidic?

Hi PTtogether

Thanks for your help. I have just tested my ph with ph stips and it was 6.25. Not too bad. I am drinking grapfruit juice so maybe that affected it. I am not sure how to do the testing. Do you have to wait a while after drinking eating? Or can you do it straight away.

I am going for a walk to buy some Kelp. I may try to get wheat grass but I don't know where to get it. There is the last empty bottle of coke in my kitchen. Never again, I drank far too much of that stuff! It must have rotted my insides.

Well thanks for taking the time to post and get me started. I have read about alkaline producing foods and I will go non dairy vegitarian for a while just to get me started, introducing meats once a month at a later date. Meats do have some important nutrients.

Thank god I like Melon!
