No, it's not overkill and yes you can do them all safely. :) It's a long process, you cycle through each one, and soon you see real, lasting results, not temporary highs like the Atkins diet. :)
Be sure to read my Digestive Power notes, that is KEY with candida.
The anti-candida diet can be simple actually, you can eat grains as long as they're alternative grains - no wheat, oats or buckwheat or jasmine white rice. That still leaves quinoa, amaranth, teff, and basmati and wild rice.
