Yep - I like to add 1 tablespoon olive oil to my psyllium shakes as it helps keep it moving.

Olive oil should be eaten as much as possible.

Also flax oil is a great supplement you should use daily, either on its own or within a product such as "Udo's prime". Take at least 2 tablespoons a day. Flax contains Omega 3's which have many, many health benefits. Flax oil should be stored in an opaque container and refrigerated. Also it should not be used beyond its use-by date. Olive oil can be stored normally.

What keeps me regular is a 3 part formula:

Fibre (from food & supplements) + Water ( 8 glasses warm) + Oils (0live & flax).

It is my firm belief that it is impossible to be constipated whilst following this formula.
