Where do we get calmagfizz? I take coral calcium right now. I have TERRIBLE muscle and nerve pain. And my fingernails are a MESS. I think the finger nail thing is calcium deficiency right? I also have bottle of calmag citrate. Is that hard to absorb?

Johanna, I have heard tums is bad because it neutralizes the acid in your stomach, so you cant digest the calcium.
