Yippee! Juice store near me!

Well I started working at a pretty nice office as a consultant/temp for two months. I'm throwing together policies and procedures. Interesting that they would outsource to someone who doesn't know their company.

I located a non-Jamba Juice juice bar just a block from work that actually makes some veggie juice, so I know where I'll be going for lunch every day! :) This way I can easily up my rations of veggies and enzymes. I've been lax on my food discipline and my cholesterol didn't come down as much as I hoped. Guess the kidneys are interefering somehow, or I'm not getting enough prostaglandins. That means more veggies!

Today I had a very healing/cleansing combo: apple, carrot, beet. Tomorrow I'll switch from beet to parsley. It was DEEEEE licious! and I had such fantastic energy right up until 5:00 pm. I went home and walked the dogs in the freezing cold - it'd been raining all day and the wind was breaking up the clouds everywhere, making glorious sunset pictures of sun rays through clouds, you know, total postcard or inspirational poster type pictures. :)

There are an average of 21 working days in a month, the contract is supposed to last two months, that'll be about 40 days of 12 oz of freshly squeezed veggie juice. (I have a juicer but no room in my kitchen.) Who knows what kind of healing will happen? Let the healing begin! :) Tweet
