Lucid Dreams

I've just come across EFT recently from a link on Dr Mercola's
site. I downloaded the manual from www.emofree.com.
So far I've been practising for a week.
Like most people, I've been addressing all sorts of issues -
both physical and mental.
The one notable result I've had so far is lucid dreams. Out of
7 nights that I have tapped for it...6 nights have yielded lucid
dreams - my favourite.
I've been flying and doing all sorts; they're great!!!
This result alone is worth it.
I've booked an apppointment with a practitioner here locally for
this friday - so I'm hoping to learn more.
It just seems so amazing that something so simple can get such
good results.
