I do, I deal with it by licking my lips untill they are wet and turn white, then I gently remove the dead white skin with my teeth or finger. However, if I do this too much, my lips will start to look raw and red. I dont recommend doing this. Be as gentle as possible if you are going to do it. For overall daily apperance its best not to. The white skin usually comes off naturally when I eat a meal.
