sodium --> blood pressure up, retain water. (fluid up causes increase in blood pressure)

Potassium --> cheletes sodium and fluid down (blood pressure down).

Answer:
If eat more sodium also eat more potassium.
You also need magnesium because potassium doesn't do the above without it.


Also you may have calcium ascorbate. There is no convincing
rationale for not having calcium ascorbate over sodium ascorbate.
calcium ascorbate is not EsterC.
