If people rely on just Vitamin C for health I would personally hit bowel titeration once a week and the rest of the week stay on your normal dosages. This should keep the more persistant man made fungus, bacteria, mycoplasma and viruses at bay.
This is why I do not rely just on the supreme Vitamin C and I use Colloidal Ionic Silver and many electro healing methods etc. I have not got anything when people are dropping from these man made biological experiments. My mother has succumb like Owen to a couple of bugs but she gets over them in a couple of days just like Owen. I guarantee if Owen didn't take that Vitamin C he would have been in trouble if he had nothing else, just like he thinks also.
I can recommend Structured water with a Vitaliser Plus and I have have experience with this and Zapping + Colloidal Silver the effects worked fast. People must understand that some of us get very quick almost miracle results because we are cleansed and healthy to start. You cannot come along from the start and get these results normally.
