Vitamin c questions
I have a couple of questions about taking vitamin C:
1. Isn't it better to take C in a whole foods form like acerola rather than isolating a single form of ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate or whatever? Or at least wouldn't it be better to take a C complex form with all the different forms rather than just isolating one form?
2. Instead of trying to remember to take it a couple times a day would it work if you just dissolved the powder in the jug of water you plan to drink that day (which I do now -thank you Owen!)or would that be a strong enough concentration to still dissolve your teeth? Assuming of course that you finished the water and didn't throw out any residue. Or does anybody do like Dr Clark advises and use a salt shaker to shake it on all your food? Although if you did that wouldn't it also damage your teeth?
As you can see, I'm trying to figure out the best form of vitamin c as well as the most efficient way of incorporating it into my routine.
